Your membership will assist us as we continue to increase our visibility, our voice, and recognition for Osteopathic Family Physicians in Missouri!

MSACOFP represents and advocates for the Osteopathic Family Physician in many ways.

We provide a high quality, reasonably priced, continuing medical education meeting every Winter CLOSE TO HOME!  The Winter Scientific Seminar is an annual conference providing AOA category 1-A CME credits and AAFP Prescribed Credits for Family Physicians.

The MSACOFP provides representation for Missouri physicians at the national level at the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.  Missouri physicians are involved at committee, board and delegate levels.

The family physician's voice is heard on the state level through collaboration and partnership with the Missouri Association of Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons.  MAOPS leads advocacy efforts for the osteopathic profession.  Society Members are encouraged to participate in the D.O.c-A-Day legislative program, donate to MOPAC, and attend the annual Missouri Osteopathic Awareness Day at the Missouri State Capitol.  Your dues ensure that the family physician has specific representation in the state.

Through grants and sponsorships, we continue to support our students and the ACOFP chapters at our osteopathic medical colleges in Missouri.

We support Missouri osteopathic family medicine residents through scholarships.  These scholarships support family medicine residents who plan to stay and practice in Missouri.

Also in partnership with MAOPS, we support the Physician Health Program. The PHP is available to help physicians, medical students, and allied healthcare professionals with problems including substance abuse, mental health, stress, and other issues which prevent them from practicing at full capacity.

Annual membership is only $125.00 per year.
