The ACOFP is one of the few organizations approved by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians (AOBFP) to offer this hands-on training. MSACOFP has collaborated with ACOFP to bring these sessions to Missouri, ensuring that participants receive high-quality, accredited instruction.

Train the Trainer option
For participants interested in teaching these skills, either through formal CME presentations, faculty development, resident education, or otherwise, we also offer a Train the Trainers pathway. Participate fully as a learner at these workshops, and come back to train January 21-24, 2027, at the Winter Family Medicine Update. Trainers who meet certain requirements may be invited to join the ACOFP's national teaching team, allowing for opportunities to teach ACOFP workshops in the future.
