2024 Virtual Summer CME Series

One hour sessions each month beginning in May.

Summer related topics that will assist you in your practices.

This event features up to 5 hours of AOA Category 1-A CME. AAFP credits will be requested.

May 22 @ 7 pm - Jonathan Cleaver, DO - The Itchy Season: What to know about sunburns and rashes

June 26 @ 7 pm - Bridgette Bransteitter, DO - The biting truth about tick bites

July 24 @ 7 pm - Rachel Sachs, DO - Getting the jump on sports injuries

August 28 @ 7 pm - Amanda Klass, DO - Mental health assessments and Sports Injuries

September 25 @ 7 pm - Michael Brown, DO - Artificial Intelligence: Know your turf

Each session will be held LIVE ONLY via Zoom.

Registration Fees:

Full and Life Members: $125 for all five sessions or $30 per session

Non members: $150 for all five sessions or $35 per session

Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants: $80 for all five sessions or $20 per session

The MSACOFP is an AOA Accredited CME Sponsor providing osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The MSACOFP designates this program for a maximum of 5 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.

Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.

Cancellation policy:

$25 administration fee assessed for any cancellations occurring a week or less before each presentation.

Grievance Policy

All grievances should be in writing and specify the nature of the grievance. Initially, all grievances should be directed to the MSACOFP and the Executive Director. All grievances will receive an initial response in writing within 30 days of receipt. The MSACOFP will resolve the grievance, if possible. If the participant does not receive a satisfactory response, they must then submit a complaint in writing to the Council on Continuing Medical Education, American Osteopathic Association, 142 East Ontario Street, Chicago, IL 60611.
