Conference Exhibit (for profit company)

Connect with conference attendees at your own exhibit table in high-traffic area of the conference. Purchase includes two exhibitor registrations plus meals on exhibit days, and two invitations to the MSACOFP Annual Celebration. Exhibit hours condensed to highest attended conference days to maximize exhibitor time and effort at the event!

Exhibit Schedule

• Thursday, January 21
  • 3:30 – 6:00 p.m.: Exhibitor Move-In
• Friday, January 22 – Exhibits open 11:45 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • 7:30 – 11:30 a.m.: Exhibitor Move-In
  • 11:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Lunch with Exhibitors
  • 3:00 – 3:30 p.m.: Snack Break with Exhibitors
  • 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.: Reception with Exhibitors
• Saturday, January 23 – Exhibits open 7:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
  • 7:00 – 7:30 a.m.: Exhibits open during breakfast
  • 9:30 – 10:00 a.m.: Break with Exhibitors
  • 11:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.: Lunch with Exhibitors
  • 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.: Exhibitor Move-Out
  • 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.: Innovation Showcase (optional, separate registration required)
  • 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.: Annual Celebration (optional, exhibits closed, exhibitors and sponsors welcome to join!)
